The Talk
This workshop is an interactive conversation on healing with emphasis on putting a name to the emotions and triggers we feel. Participants will be able to start building healthy practices. (Ideal: Mental Health Workshop).
Peep the Flags
This workshop takes a deeper look into observing behaviors that are red flags but often go unnoticed. Participants will also be able to partake in activities to build healthy boundaries. (Ideal: Gender Based Violence Workshop).
POETRYxACTIVISM
This workshop allows those who are both writers and activist to merge their platforms and create poems to spark change. Participants will learn how to create call to actions with their writing. Ideal: Social Justice and Art).
Panel Discussions
WOC Survivor Stories Matter
This interactive panel discussion is ideal for those who want to bring WOC to their community to discuss survivorship, healing, and resources. The panel participants are contributors to the She Will Speak Series: Gender Based Violence anthology and activist within sexual violence prevention.
Breaking the Stigmas: You're Not Alone
This interactive panel discussion is ideal for those who want to bring a panel discussion on mental health to their community. Our panel consists of leaders who are certified and trained to lead these conversations and many have their own personal story in regards to living and overcoming a mental health illness.
Writing as a Form of Healing
This interactive panel discussion is ideal for those who want to bring a panel discussion and workshop on writing. Panelist are all indie authors and have utilized their writing in their pursuit to uplift and empower women throughout their communities.
